Group Activities
Our group activities are tailored to meet a wide range of needs and abilities.
We deliver structured, community-based sessions designed to reduce social isolation, improve health and wellbeing, and encourage active participation through a holistic approach.
Alongside our community sessions, we also provide effective team enrichment services to help employers bring staff together, strengthen relationships, and boost engagement in the workplace.

Training & Awareness Services
We offer bespoke, community-based training, delivering high-quality sessions either online or face-to-face. Our programmes are designed to upskill workforce knowledge, build confidence, bring teams together, and support training compliance within organisations.
We also work with community groups, individuals, and schools, providing awareness sessions on core subjects that help build safer communities, improve life and job prospects, and enrich pupil learning.
Our workshops are non-accredited, but they deliver practical knowledge, increase confidence, and equip learners with essential skills they can apply immediately.

Youth Services
Our youth sessions use a range of engaging, interactive, and educational activities designed to support children and young people in developing positive life skills, improving health and wellbeing, enhancing motor skills, and strengthening future life prospects.
All activities are tailored to meet the diverse needs of children and young people. We are fully committed to safeguarding, building confidence, and delivering high-quality, robust children and youth services in safe and supportive environments.
We currently deliver our services within local schools and community settings and continually review and adapt our programmes to ensure a varied, inclusive, and enriching offer for all participants.

Wellbeing Foundation
